Ingredients:
16 small chilli, steamed.
3 clove garlic
Adequate salt
oil

How to:
1. Finely pounded small chilli, garlic and salt.
2. saute with 4 tbs oil on medium heat untill well cooked.
3. If you like more clear, add more 1-2 water.
